I first submitted my resume to Terroir Coffee in August, and it's been a long road, but I'm going to start roasting there on Monday.
The reason I want to work for them is because they are simply the best in the industry.
I'll use this blog to write about learning the roasting process and to share knowledge about coffee. Photographs? Of course!
Tune in for more!

ReplyDeleteTerroir Coffee are one of the most unethical and exploitative Coffee producers in the world. My mate Dave says they use midgets to pick the beans and american women to crush them. But it may just be nonsense... Dave also thinks spiders have 16 legs and he's a chronic alcoholic.
ReplyDeleteHm. Maybe there's some confusion here. American spiders are born with sixteen legs, but they begin to "shed" them as they age. Burp.
